Delete Your Mentora Account

You have the right to request deletion of your Mentora account and all associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to suppport@mentoraapp.co.in with subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered phone number or email address in the email.
- We will process your request within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
What Data Gets Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, phone number, email)
- Your academic details and target exam information
- Your doubts, daily planner tasks, and study history
- Your test prep sessions and results
- Your FCM/notification tokens
Data Retention
Some anonymized, non-personal data may be retained for analytical purposes (e.g., aggregate usage statistics). No personally identifiable information is retained after deletion.
